In terms of Real Estate, Port Moody is one of the fastest growing municipalities in Metro Vancouver, making it an ideal place to invest. Highly Developed Transportation Structure

Being a part of Metro Vancouver means that residents of Port Moody enjoy the use of the TransLink public bus service which runs a number of bus services in and around the city. Education As Priority

Your children will have a number of public schools they can attend in the city including seven elementary schools, a middle school and two public high schools. If you'd rather that your children attend a private school there are several such schools in nearby Coquitlam. Simon Fraser University (SFU) is ideally situated to provide for the post-secondary education of your older children, as is nearby Douglas College in Coquitlam.
